Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your email box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming mails based on certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just specify the email box account you want to forward mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
